Poster Sessions will take place in the Learning Commons in the basement of Central Auditorium. Posters will be thematically arranged.
Each presenter is given one side of a board (one of the two types; see pictures), on which an A0 vertical poster (84.1cm ☓ 118.9cm) can be placed by magnets or pins (which we will provide). It is the responsibility of each participant to prepare a poster and display it on the board assigned to him/her prior to the beginning of the sessions.
We suggest that you print your poster before coming to the venue area, since there are no English-speaking printing services that can deal with A0 at or near the venue. Posters printed on cloth are useful for carrying.
There are some helpful guidelines for how to make an academic poster on the internet, which may turn out to be useful.
